How long does delivery take?
Standard: 5-7 business days.
Expedited: 2-3 business days.
Economic (Ocean Shipment): 30-60 days.

How will my delivery be shipped?
Method 1: Ship form Amazon. Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out DICOFUN products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.
Method 2: Ship from our warehouse. There are few ways you can choose.
1) DHL – The fastest and most expensive and delivery method, depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 2 and 3 business days after it leaves the warehouse.
2) Express Agent – An economic way to deliver your item(s) by DHL, FedEx, UPS or other express agent, depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 5 and 10 business days after it leaves the warehouse. For this solution, sometimes it is difficult to claim for damage after sign and accept the item(s), Please make sure that you inspect the packages at the time of delivery, refuse delivery and contact us immediately if your items arrive with damage.
3) Factory Delivery – Which means that you will pick up the item(s) at DICOFUN factory and arrange shipment by yourself, please ask your courier inspect the item(s) carefully when pick up the item(s), DICOFUN will NOT be responsible for any damage after you item(s) leave our factory.
4) Ocean Shipment – For big order, ocean shipment is the most economic way to deliver your item(s), on order value over $5,000, we offer free FOB HUANGPU of Guangzhou port. If you select this shipment, please contact us and tell us your port of destination, we would be delight to help you arrange shipment. Normally ocean shipment will take a longer time, please kindly email us and offer the following information:
      1. The full address of where the item(s) will be shipped (include street address, city, postal code and country)
      2. Please verify whether the address is a residential or commercial address
      3. Indicate “Ocean shipment – door to door”

 

Taxes & Duties
If you choose express delivery, for most of time in most of the countries or regions do not need you paid the tax, but if the goods is too big or the value of the good too large, the custom may ask you paid the import tax, in that case, you have to paid the tax by yourself.
If you choose ocean shipment, you have to pay the import tax when do custom clearance.

For return item(s), all actual shipping costs and brokerage fees are non-refundable.

Q&A

1. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
We will pack your order using the safest and most reliable and economic method possible. Therefore, we have the right to repack your item(s) according the quantity of your order and our packing experiences. for example, if you order 4 boxes of 20 sheets – peel and stick subway tiles, we may put the total 80 tiles together in one bigger box instead of packing them in 4 smaller boxes. Because in this way, your items will be safer and economic in shipping.

2. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

3. When Will Your Item(s) leave The Warehouse?
If the item(s) you wish to purchase are in stock, we will send out the item(s) within one week, unless an expedited shipping method has been established. However, DICOFUN offers a wide array of items, many of which are subject to longer lead times and limited stock. We do our absolute best to ensure that the delivery times listed on each and every product page are accurate and up-to-date.
